Memewar is a free magazine committed to creating conversations between disciplines. As contributors' thoughts clash and merge, we will see what connections, and possible solutions, arise.

Submission Guidelines:
Memewar is a cross-disciplinary magazine published in print and online. We accept anything in the written word, such as stories, essays, well-devised rants, poems, or even plays. We also look for anything interesting to the eye, such as art or photography. We consider audio and video files for posting on Memewar Online. Anything too large to send by E-mail can be arranged to be submitted by mail. While our issues are guided thematically, they still feature "off-topic" work. So send us anything, theme-related or not.
Here are some general guidelines to observe and follow when submitting:
- All submissions can be sent as an E-mail attachment to submissions@memewaronline.com
- The title of the E-mail should read: "Author: Title (Genre)"
- We will not impose a limit on the length of submissions; however, in the case of longer pieces, we reserve the right to publish selections of the work.
- For poetry submissions, please include a PDF version of the work so we may verify formatting.
- Please include a short bio in a sentence or two.
- Memewar reserves the right to manipulate submissions for best presentation. We will correct punctuation and typos, resize images, and select excerpts from longer pieces if necessary. Through submitting, you are giving Memewar permission to publish your work. It must be original and previously unpublished.
- Memewar is printed in black and white (and in colour for our online pdf). The size of the magazine is 8.5x8.5 inches. If you are submitting artwork and are concerned about this, please e-mail us your concerns and we will see what we can work out.
